Even worse, a user may open NotePad (or Word, etc.) in a small window, so they can still see the critical information on the rest of the screen, and then, without using any cut-and-paste or screen-capture, etc., what is to stop them from just typing it into NotePad, or Word, etc., and saving it to disk and taking it home, etc.?
(Or just writing the sensitive info. down on a piece of paper?)

Rob,

I'm curious. If you bring up the email, and then bring another
application (notepad?) up as the foreground window, but set it up so you
can still see the email in the background (remember, notepad is the
active window) and then hit CTRL-PrtScr can you paste that into Word?
Most applications I've seen that prevent prtscr do so by capturing the
windows event and then eating it. But if another window is active I
don't think Lotus will see the event.
