I tend to agree. It would be different if you're entire code base was
RPGII and OCL with absolutely no calls to API's etc. But even way back
then we were using stuff that would not have been supported in such an
environment. Was rather cool though to be able to use something like
dBase to manipulate your files that you updated with traditional RPGII.
Remember, this was pre SQL (which I think never made it to the S/36,
although Query wasn't bad).
