We looked at this product some years ago (late 90's), and rejected it
because there was simply way too much unsupported.

Is anyone using the Unibol400 AS400 emulator? I have a client who is
running this. It appears that the WRKJOBSCDE command is not support. We
would like to automate some jobs, possibly using the windoze job scheduler.
Does anyone know if it is possible to have a pc bat file, and have it
execute a CL program in the unibol400 environment? I have a process that I
would like to generate and FTP a file. Since the unibol400 does not appear
to support the AS400 FTP command my strategy is as follows:

PC batch file (to be run from the windows job scheduler)
Call CL program to generate the file (the file is then put
into a PC
directory)
call another PC batch file that will do FTP passing a script
file
name

Does anyone know if this can be done, or does anyone have any documentation
on the unibol400 product?

Regards,
cjg
