I agree. Software installations have to take into account security. Sweet
Jesus! They seem to all make you sign on as QSECOFR anyway so it
shouldn't be that hard for them to fix stuff because restores are
happening on different machines, etc.
I too, tried changing that to EXCLUDE on a "normal" machine and damned
near got my teeth kicked in. Somehow they don't think it's funny when a
workstation is automatically created by some IBM profile due to
autoconfig, iSeries Access, etc, and the user who is trying to use it does
not have authority to that device.
