Hi, Rob:

Can you please describe what kind of "lock" is held, when you say:

... freeing the lock from Mimix replication ...

What kinds of locks are held by MIMIX replication, and why? And how did you free that lock?

Thanks very much.

I created a table using SQL on the source system. It replicated it over to the target system
then STRSQL
CREATE PROCEDURE ROUTINES/ROBB001
(IN THEKEY INT, IN THEDATA CHAR(15)) LANGUAGE SQL MODIFIES SQL DATA
UPDATE ROBB001 SET MYDATA = THEDATA WHERE MYKEY = THEKEY And, after freeing the lock from Mimix replication, I was able to successfully call the procedure on the target system.
