I can assure you that v5r4 does have help text embedded in the commands. I think I remember some trips to the hot site for testing where we haven't restored everything and the help text disappeared. Restoring everything and IPLing brought it back.

If you haven't installed the latest cume set that may help, but I think the help text is more basic than that-- QGPL or some such.

One thing I don't like about the latest round of help text is that they moved the errors that can be monitored to the -end- of the text-- they used to be near the top, just after the "general" help text. This means you have to scroll through all of the help to find the errors you can monitor. ):
