To each their own... In a former life I eschewed "new and improved"
things like ILE, /Free, and WDSC. I also tend to prefer the keyboard to
the mouse for "text things" and the mouse to the keyboard "for graphical
things". Since moving to my present job I've tried to experience the
virtues of WDSC that others were extoling.

Personally, I've learned to love using the mouse wheel when I'm reading
code trying to figure out what it does. When I'm editing I can do
shift-F10, V, N, or P just as fast as you can do your shift-F3. I have
the added bonus of being able to edit the code in that view rather than
just browse it. Searching is even better. I can do a ctrl-F, type my
search text, then do an alt-N for the next, alt-P for the previous, or
alt-A to filter the whole program. Ctrl-w resets the display. Can PDM
search backwards?

It won't bother me if you keep using PDM. I still use it once and awhile
for simple tasks. Use what works best for you. Just be ready in case you
ever change jobs and need to be able to do things other than what you're
doing now.
