I believe this is RAID 1+0 or sometimes referred to as RAID 10.

In doing any kind of system maintenance, one should ALWAYS be prepared for

bad and the system goes casters up. Although I think I've heard of two
raid drives going bad not too awful far part from each other. I think
RAID6 is supposed to increase it from only 1 bad drive supported to 2
bad
drives supported.
With our luck, whatever can go wrong, will go wrong.
Just heard of another local company that had pretty much the same power
problems as we've had (UPS not lasting, generator kicking in but the
transfer switch not kicking in, etc).
