The unpublished APIs are indeed no longer available, but formal APIs are.
The TCP related APIs can be found in the Information Center under
Programming, APIs, APIs by category, Communications, and then TCP/IP
Management APIs. One API that might be worth looking at is Retrieve
Network Connection Data QtocRtvNetCnnDta and format NCND0200.
