This CPYTOIMPF seems to work ok. I used codepage 819. File goes out to
IFS ok and I can open it with notepad. However, the user who needs it
is getting access denied when trying to open with notepad on his PC (he
is mapped to the IFS location of the file).

How about using CPYTOIMPF and place it in the IFS and have share there
that the PC can access?

Moving a file

What would be the quickest and simplest way to get a 1 field (120 bytes)

file with maximum of 250 records from qsys over to a networked PC hard
drive? I am looking for a way to fully automate this via commands and
do not want to use Client Access if at all possible.
