We set up the Direct Routes as described on that page:

Route Subnet Next Preferred
Destination Mask Hop Interface

*DFTROUTE *NONE 204.44.18.129 *NONE
<--Catch-all
10.9.48.0 255.255.255.0 10.8.10.1 10.8.10.176
<--MIMIX
10.9.48.100 *HOST 204.44.18.129 204.44.18.176
<--Accepts/sends traffic only to 10.9.48.100
10.9.48.101 *HOST 204.44.18.129 204.44.18.173
<--Accepts/sends traffic only to 10.9.48.101
10.9.48.102 *HOST 204.44.18.129 204.44.18.174
<--Accepts/sends traffic only to 10.9.48.102

In our case we added dedicated IP addresses (204.44.18.173/174/176) for
each *HOST route. I don't know if that's a requirement or not.
