In our test environment, with V5R4, we're experiencing our maximum
protect and system ASP are filling due to logical file index rebuilds.

We're using BRMS to restore one of our data libraries from production
(v5r2) to test (v5r4), and two of the QDBSRV* files were indexing
logicals over the same physical file (DBDMREL6 and DBDMRELD over
DBDMREP). Our maximum unprotect went from a normal 4GB to 39GB:

Critical storage condition exists.

We hit 100% several times, but the system never went down. Eventually,
one of the index jobs completed, and our system ASP went back to 75%
where it started.

We installed V5R4 group, HIPER, and cumulative PTFs on 4/26.

We thought at first it was the BRMS job, but after that ended and the
unprotect kept climbing, we narrowed it to the index rebuilds.
