Good morning or afternoon.  I am having an issue sending email out this
morning.  I can send using SNDDST *LMSG with no problems but MAILTOOL
and SENDEMAIL command that use raw SMTP do not work.  I have checked all
the setting under SMTP via OPSNAV as well as ended SMTP and SMTP.  I
still cannot get email out.  Any suggestions?
