appreciate the definition. Google searches did not turn up much to even determine what they are used for.
I was more worried someone disabled them attempting to log on.

QCLUMGT is set to *DISABLED when loaded onto the iSeries. So is QTCM. i
believe QTCM (if memory serves) is tivoli content manager.

Is this normal? Had not checked these for some time.

Clue management?  I could see how this particular IBM password might be
disabled...
