One time I took the piece of cardboard from the back of a pad of paper and made a "Project Time Estimator," complete with title and a paperclip spinner. I hung it on my cube wall.
It took a while, but after several project estimates, my boss noticed it, and almost had a canary! "You don't really use that do you??!!??"

Since no one ever came back there we got a dart board and put it on the wall. It 
was fun to play at lunch time and occasionally use it as a "project
timeline estimator".
