Try setting the page sizes in the printer configuration, and using the HP 4000 description instead of the HP 4 description. The HP 4 is getting pretty old now. If that still doesn't work smoothly, I can send you the WSCST object we use. I don't recall if we had to tweak it or not. The config page for it shows as Default Paper Size: Letter Tray 1 Size : ANY SIZE Tray 2 Size:Letter Tray 3 Size: Letter I'm not sure if have to answer a forms prompt on the printer when we first turn it on or not, but all of our reports and compiler listings print without any intervention. We use a WSCST of QWPHPLSR4 and MFRTYPMDL of HP4000.
