Many people would give their left one to have the great statistics you 
show here.
Perhaps it is skewed?  I see that elapsed time is 5.5 hours.  Try F10 to 
reset during peak times and see if the percentages are more spiked.
Perhaps you just hit it at a slack time?
Perhaps it is neither memory, nor processor?  What do you have in 
WRKDSKSTS?  Also, an F11 in WRKDSKSTS can sometimes display other messages 
of concern.
