OpsNav is not for file sharing so you cannot really open files.  What
you need to do is share the folder with Netserver then you can browse to
it like any other file share on your network.

I've done the shortcut creation using Ops Nav.  But when I then try to
open the PDF file by double clicking on it I get a program error.  Is
there some sort of a plug-in that is necessary so that I can open a PDF
via Ops Nav?
