Funny, Rob.  I would volunteer, but it doesn't work that way around here.
Frankly, with my lack of recent experience doing this, I wouldn't want to be
responsible for potentially putting 500 users offline.  And that's not even
the production machine; I have no idea how many users live on that box,
which is essentially a 24x7x365 environment.

I've never had a problem doing an upgrade that I couldn't handle, but V4 was
a long time ago.
