Data Dictionary

HI, it's been many years, I have to set up a Data Dictionary for a new system 
for EDI. We use a third party for EDI, and they have made new files for us, 
more like flat files. All of the fields are Alpha. THere are some new fields 
added, and some of the existing fields have changes made, but for the most part.
   
  Does someone have perhaps any documentation that they could share w/ me, 
tips, and how they did set this up?
