We have a java program running on the iSeries that gets data from a
Windows server using the QNTC interface. It quit working after a power
outage a few weeks ago that caused a complete shutdown of the iSeries
and associated HMC. The only troubleshooting step I know for QNTC is to
use the WRKLNK command to browse the directories interactively. This
command fails, which would indicate an issue with QNTC itself. I have
verified that the QSERVER subsystem is running, as is the iSeries
Netserver. Beyond that, I am not sure how to troubleshoot this. This
is a V5R3 system with 2 LPARs.

Thanks,
