Dave: Thanks for sharing. Since you mention iTunes, the default QT
product 
it wanted to install was "QT with iTunes" (which I declined), and I
opted 
for just the QT. (And it wasn't just the password that was disabled, the

screen saver option was *None!). Glad to hear that it's not just me ;)
