Other than the native UPDDTA that Birgitta has already 
mentioned, there are
several third-party products that will do what you want and more. My
favorite of these third-party products is Surveyor from 
Linoma. There is
also a freeware utility called WRKDBF that is floating around on the
internet that will also do what you want if your security 
controls allow you
to install freeware. WRKDBF has been around many years and is 
from what the
community considers a trusted source.
