Linoma's RPG Toolbox will do that. You can choose anything from zero
spaces (to un-indent) to 9 spaces per indent level. I have mine
defaulted to 2. 

SQL, I'm not sure it does that, I don't use SQL a lot.

I have been tasked with fixing our RPG indented listing. Before I "fix"
it, I would like to find out if anyone has programming that analyzes RPG
- AND includes /FREE and /SQL, etc. One of those: "Why re-invent the
wheel" kind of things.

What I've seen in my search so far is basically indenters for fixed
column RPG.
