Are you sure it's Management Central and not just the underlying
communications job between your PC and the server?
If you do a WRKOBJLCK JIM *USRPRF you should be able to find that job.
Odds are high though that you'll have difficulty ending the jobs that have
that lock, and keep your 5250 session going.

Management Central problem






My Netstat connections is showing a Management Central connection to a
customer site I recently visited.
If I am at a client site, and using iNavigator setup a iSeries Access
session to my server in my office, how do I get their Management Central
to not stay connected to my server? Do I have to remove my connection
while there?
On my own office pc I have connections to many systems.
How to stop Manage Central from trying to ruke their world?
