Anyone else having a problem getting the daylight savings time
adjustment to stick in Ops Nav?

When you go in (V5R3) to Ops Nav, Configuration and Service, Time
Management, Time Zones and then click on the time zone you want, then
click the Daylight Saving Time tab....when I change the Start Day and
End Day "Occurrence of day in month" to what it will be for 2007... my
changes do not stay. I click "OK" to save it but then the next time I
go into it, it's back to the "1st" as the value for the Start time field
(the default) and "1st as the value of the End Time field.

It won't change to "2nd" for the Start time occurrence and "Last" for
the end time occurrence which is what it has to be for this year.

FYI, I just applied the latest Cumulative, Group(s) and Hiper PTFs this
past weekend so you'd have thought that if this was outstanding that it
would have been included in there somewhere.

Anyone else try this and have this problem?
