Old, been fine forever, vendor has double and triple checked everything.
Shows fine on the screen and then prints goofy.

Just got a call from IBM and the guy was asking what it was doing and said
he wasn't real familiar with that model and was going to call someone else.
I mentioned the name of the guy that used to work on it all the time and he
said he wasn't with them anymore. IBM had spun this part of the printer
business off to Qualx (sp) and this guy and all the ones familiar with these
products and gone with them. Then they didn't have enough folks to work on
them in other cities so IBM took the printer stuff back. Fine for the other
cities where that was a problem but not here in Indianapolis. They didn't
take the people back so all that knowledge is no longer with IBM apparently.

Thanks !

Chuck

is this a new app or existing that is breaking now?
Any chance your page size is changed in the app, or an overflow problem?
