new MochaSoft connection

We are swithing our AS/400 box to a new Box and was wonder how the MochaSoft 
connection was setup.  I can use a dummy ID address and connect to the system 
from home and at work, but I can only use the machine IP address to connect at 
work.  If I try to connect with the machine address at home I get a can not 
connect to AS/400 message.
 
I am using DSL and the other programmer is using a cable connection.
