MIME Problem -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi All, I am pretty sure this is NOT the place to post this but I am having
trouble posting to Scott's HTTPAPI - FTPAPI List. Has anybody else had that
problem? 

As a shot in the dark... Would one of you know when using HTTP_URL_POST_XML
how to specify "MIME Version= 1.0" as part of the POST request?
