QlgGetpwuid is out, as it's V5.

I looked at getpwuid myself. According to the V4R2 and V4R4 Softcopy manuals,
READ authority is required to the user profile associated
with the uid.

But in the V5 Disinformation Center, it says

*READ authority is required to the user profile associated
with the UID. If the user does not have *READ authority,
only the user name, user ID, and group ID values are
returned. Note: Adopted authority is not used.

Does anybody know if the latter behavior was always that way, or if it was new in V5?
