I was NOT defending the use of SEU. Those of you 
that support WDSc, should go forward and continue 
to push for more great products like this from IBM.

Remember that this mailing list is like monitoring a customer support 
forum. You will see a lot more complaints, and requests for help than 
messages that say "it's working perfectly, I love it, I don't have any 
problems." 
I just switched to WDSC in the last few months. I had tried with WDSC V5, 
and was discouraged by the instability, and the changes required in the 
LPEX editor compared to SEU (I have over 20 years experience with various 
5250 editors, starting with the S/34 and S/36). Now that I have switched 
over, I enjoy the increase in the 'window' into the program source, along 
with the outline view showing the files and fields in the file. I don't 
think I've lost any source changes, although I do sometimes question the 
productivity gains when I'm fighting with the debugger, or exploring other 
features.
