You should be able to do a SAVLICPGM and a RSTLICPGM.
The latest version is v4r5m1 and it works on my V5R1 server.

is that on one of my v5R4 installation cd's I can do a RSTLICPGM ?
Not sure how I got it for my v5R2 system.......or can I just do a
savlicpgm and bring it over and do a rstlicpgm?
