Yes, it would have to have been.

Sec10 is no passwords and automatic creation of accounts
(i.e., your building has a front door).

Sec20 has passwords and no automatic creation of accounts,
but all accounts are *ALLOBJ *SECADM (i.e., your building
has a lock on the front door).

Sec30 has object-level security (i.e., your locked
building has locked rooms).

Sec40 and Sec50 have successively stricter object- and
system integrity security (i.e., a guard patrolling the
corridors of your building, and at Sec50, your guard is
armed).

BTW, how exactly did you manage to do what you did without
being carted away in irons?
