subject: image catalog save anomaly

When you do a WRKIMGCLG and you have one "loaded" it doesn't seem to
save
the ifs entries associated with the image catalog entries in that image
catalog. However, if you unload it, then it does.

I did an unload/reload and I had a number of entries in a directory
/fixes, like
/fixes/V5R4
/fixes/cume
/fixes/group
/fixes/misc
and image catalog cume was loaded on to OPTVRT01. During the GO SAVE -
21, the rest of the directories were saved but not the /cume directory.
I
had to unload it and save it again.

It's nice to be able to reapply a cume after an unload/reload
(especially
if you do some funky stuff to put on the LIC).

Possible enhancement for "Backup and Recovery Guide"?
