Strange.  I'd talk to IBM, perhaps they have some 'approved' method of
recreating system catalogue views just in case you may be missing some other
ones.

Otherwise, do  DSPFD on one of your LPARs that does have it and get the
CREATE VIEW text yourself (or iNav's Generate SQL feature). After all, it is
just as SQL view.
