We fully intend on having the BP onsite for about a week.
  But, unlike you, I won't be waving my management wand in 
the air and saying talk to the techies.  I'll be one of 
the techies.


We just finished getting set up on iTera. There is a lot of detailed 
information that shakes out as you go through these. We found a few cross 
library file dependencies, and a LOT of user-ids that we still need to 
eliminate.  A lot of it may be unnecessary if they have already done an 
initial analysis. But things like that CPYF add to your required bandwidth 
as that data is replicated to your HA box.
