Is there a way to get TEXT or COLHDG texts as columns headers when using

Also is there any way to get ANY column headers when using CPYTOIMPF ?

All help gratefully appreciated

Hi Chris

I can't help on the first two questions but I can offer an
alternative. I wrote a CRTCSVDTA command to work in a similar fashion
to CPYTOIMPF. It lets you choose field *TEXT *COLHDG, DDS name or no
header row. You can download the code & see more details at
http://www.dbg400.net/crtcsv.html

There's also a save file of the entire utility library (source &
objects) at http://www.dbg400.net/cgi-bin/twiki/view/DBG400/DownloadPage
if that's easier.
