I have worked with HelpSystems' products (Schedule, Alert, and Console) intensely for the last three years. Schedule runs jobs, Console monitors qsysopr msgq, and Alert sends text messages to our cell phones if the system is having problems. This trio of products allows us to better manage our AS400.
I would give an A to Help Systems for quality product and first rate tech support. Their stuff works and they are always available for support. 

In this business it is the best reputation to have.
