I have run the RSTAUT Command. I ran this after the library was
restored.

Michael,

You might want to check out the RSTAUT command.

Glenn

I have a done a SAVLIB on a production machine. Most of the files are

secured as follows:
*PUBLIC *CHANGE X X X X X
X
*GROUP QSECOFR *ALL X X X X X X X X
X
X
ORCOM *ALL X X X X X X
X
Owned by QSECOFR.

I am restoring this library to another machine. The library does not
exist on the new machine.

The user profile ORCOM does exist on both machines. ORCOM is a Group
Profile.

When I RSTLIB to the new machine my authority on the files looks like
this
*PUBLIC *CHANGE X X X X X
X
*GROUP QSECOFR *ALL X X X X X X X X
X
X

Am I missing something on the Save or Restore that would prevent this
authority from being restored?

I don't remember ever having this issue before.

The authority is not restored to ORCOM.
