fyi - i had reported the sndptford problem last week. When I arrived at client, DHL had just delivered both cume,hiper,db2 and the groups ordered. I still never 
figured out what it was transferring for 25 minutes.

I've had that problem too for a couple of months now with both notification 
services, "IBM Electronic Services" and the "Technical Support Bulletins".
I've gotten nothing from the latter and the former sends me notifications
that says "No new alerts were found". Sometimes I actually get a real
notification with accurate PTF information, but most times it's nada. For
instance I recently got notified that there was a new HTTP group level for
V5R4, but didn't get notified about the four HIPER PTFs that became
available. It's hit and miss.
