When you get errno (error number) type exceptions, best way to look up the
description is using DSPMSGD CPE**** where asterixes stand for your errno,
i.e.:

DSPMSGD CPE3489

Alternatively:

STRSEU SRCFILE(QSYSINC/H) SRCMBR(ERRNO) OPTION(5)

Subject: Couldn't fork: System call error number 3489.

I'm trying to open a ssh session to our HMC from the shared console and
I get this error. "Couldn't fork: System call error number 3489." I'm
having trouble finding any information on this error. I can sign on to
a regular session and I can connect just fine, just not from the
Console. Anyone ever see this before??
