I haven't seen anything quite like that although Bryan Dietz wrote a utility called WRKODBCJOB that looks like it has all the information you would need. It would just need the ability to have a view that summarized connections by user. It is freeware, not open source, so Bryan would have to write an update.

How about an enhancement Bryan!  :-)
