That command is a part of performance tools....for a nominal fee IBM
will gladly set you up ;-)

I tried running this command on my v5r3 520 but got "Procedure or 
command not found." Ours is not a partitioned system.  Is this command 
only installed on partitioned systems?  Just curious; always trying to 
learn something new
