By the time you find or code your call to the API I've got the check box checked and gone for coffee.

I'm as green screen savvy as the next guy and the guy after that. I code API calls nearly every day. I refuse to waste my time doing this when a function to do so is provided in a free GUI tool that works just fine. Now if I had to do this on a single system more than 20 or 30 times I'd consider the API. Since it needs be done 'zactly one time it would take me longer even to restore such a program to call the API than check the box in iNav.

Besides, writing programs to call system APIs is fraught with peril for the average sysop/sysadmin while checking boxes was learned at age 4.
