If you go into the green screen:

 

Under System Controls

 

You can Work With Function Authorities.

 

Scroll down until you find function you want.  Place a 2 next to it.  You
will see that Public is *EXCLUDE.  Just to an F6 to add the user you want.

 

That's one way to do it, anyway.

I have started using the Advanced Job Scheduler and when I tried to issue

the STRJS command and *pgmr class, it give me the message:

 

Not authorized to function *STRMON.

 

 

 

What/how do I give authority to *pgmr class to run this and the ENDJS

commands?
