Well, I went into STRSST
5. Work with system partitions
2. Work with partition status
ensured it was dead.
3. Work with partition configuration
11=Delete
Then I checked out the primary to change it to 100% of everything.
Exited SST.
WRKNWSSTG, 11=Remove link, 4=Delete
WRKNWSD, 4=Delete
WRKCFGSTS *LIN myserver* and varied it off, and blasted line, controller, 
device.
WRKOBJ myserver* to verify.
WRKLNK '/QFPNWSSTG/*' to verify it's empty.
