It's a dual channel controller. You can use either port, but out of 
cleanliness, you should take the one labelled as "First Channel". Usually a 
small 1, next to the socket.

Ok... just installed a 5776 RAID controller in a new 520+ model that will
be handling the 4 drives in the 6594 internal expansion.  Which of the two
internal SCSI ports on the card is the correct one to use to cable to the
6594?   Can't find a specific direction for that cabling...
