Suppose you've just initiated BI. So you've got a whole lot of entities on one end of a connection that don't exist on the other. Now suppose you do something that generates an "update" event on one of these entities that exists in the application that's sending the events, but not in the application that's receiving the events. The receiving application then receives an event for an entity it doesn't know about.

What's the usual way of handling this situation?
