I take it you didn't keep the original packing material?

I think I'd talk to IBM.  When we had a leased system go back, they had
someone come out and pack it up.  Seeing has how it is IBM's fault and
it is in IBM's best interest to get the rack back undamaged, they may be
willing to take care of making sure the equipment is packed up
correctly.

I have to disconnect and ship back to IBM my nice new 520 that I've
spent over a week getting ready to take over our DEV/TST 
duties from our
overworked 270s that currently have that job.  Does anyone 
have any tips
to avoid damage to my system?  IBM is picking up the shipping 
bill since
they sent me the wrong rack so I really don't have a choice 
of shipper.
Is there anything I should make sure is tied down other than maybe the
cable guides and such??
