Oops - I got it wrong.

Our problem was a little different -- our ILE procedures were set to
TERASPACE(*YES), and the ones that called OPM programs failed. If we
converted the OPMs to ILE, they worked; otherwise, we had to set the
stored procedure to TERASPACE(*NO).

Sorry for the confusion. . . .
